Anar soda/Pomegranate fizz

Anar soda aka pomegranate fizz is a refreshing drink made by infusing pomegranate juice and ginger together. Every year during Diwali festivities, I look forward to pleasing my family members and guests by being innovative and coming up with interesting recipes. This refreshing drink is an amazing welcome drink, its naturally sweet, tangy, gingery and minty.

Pomegranate syrup for this drink can be made in advance and stored in refrigerator for upto 2-3 days. You can even deep freeze the syrup if you want it to last longer.  When required, all that you need to do is add some soda in the syrup to serve the drink. It is simple to make and tastes wonderful.
